The said judgment was pronounced by Judge Nelson Cilius in the presence of Me Elis\u00e9e F\u00e9n\u00e9lon, Deputy of the Government Commissioner, with the assistance of Mr. Mozart Tassy, clerk, and will be recorded in the registers of the Civil Status Officer of Port-au-Prince, North section.
