According to the Haitian National Police (PNH), this arrest follows an operation carried out in P\u00e8lerin 5, in P\u00e9tion-Ville, which led to the dismantling of a gang hub specialized in kidnappings and burglaries in the metropolitan area of Port-au-Prince.
