Out of the 18 political party groups that submitted their documents, the Electoral Council approved 15. The PEC gives the three unapproved political groups until Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 5:00 a.m. to regularize their situation with the Provisional Electoral Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time, the electoral institution adds in a statement that the registration process for political groups is proceeding as planned from Monday, August 10 to Friday, August 14, 2026, in accordance with the current electoral calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
