It is brought to the attention of the general public and of all those particularly concerned that the Court of First Instance of Port-au-Prince has rendered a judgment granting the divorce of Mrs. Eléonord Bury, born Parmela Joseph, from her husband Eléonord Bury on January 22, 2026, for serious and public insults, to the fault of the husband. The said judgment was pronounced by Judge Nelson Cilius in the presence of Me Elisée Fénélon, Deputy of the Government Commissioner, with the assistance of Mr. Mozart Tassy, clerk, and will be recorded in the registers of the Civil Status Officer of Port-au-Prince, North section.
