At the request of Me Samuel DAVILMA, Av., on December 5, 2024, the Court of First Instance of Port-au-Prince rendered, between the spouses Antonio BORANGE and the wife born Armelle Goethie PETIT, the judgment with the following ruling: “FOR THESE REASONS, the Court, after examination, and having heard the Public Prosecutor: upholds the default judgment granted against the defendant at the aforementioned hearing, declares the said action founded for the benefit of the plaintiff.
