1) Mrs. Cassandra Faïda JOSEPH, identified with NIF: 008-684-432-2 and NINU: 1469862923, owner, living and domiciled at No: 666 Rue Jasmin, Delmas 75, Port-au-Prince, Haiti; 2) Mrs. Dadie THOMAS, identified with NIF: 005-512-649-3 and NINU: 1290425727, owner, living and domiciled at No: 71, Rue Robin, Bois Verna, Port-au-Prince, Haiti; Have declared to form and hereby form a General Partnership that will operate under the company name JOSEPH, THOMAS & CO and the trade name ‘BYPSIC.’ 1- The aforementioned ladies associate to form a General Partnership which will be governed by the laws of the Republic, the articles of incorporation, and the applicable regulations. 2- The purpose of the Company is cleaning private or public buildings, spraying, renovation, transformation, and the creation of gardens.the transformation of unsanitary conditions into spotless spaces, throughout the entire territory. It can also engage in any activities in line with its purpose. It is allowed to carry out any operations that may directly or indirectly facilitate its goals and objectives, generally any commercial, financial, or civil operations related to any of its aforementioned purposes or to any similar or related objects. 3- The registered office of the said company is located at No: 388 bis Route de Bourdon, Port-au-Prince. 4- The Company is established for a duration of ten (10) years from the date of signing these present documents.except in the case of early dissolution provided by law or the charter. 5- The Share Capital is one hundred thousand gourdes (100,000 gourdes) subscribed and paid in cash as follows: Cassandra Faïda JOSEPH: seventy-five thousand gourdes (75,000 gourdes) and Dadie THOMAS: twenty-five thousand gourdes (25,000 gourdes).
