“Cristiano will never be a problem for the Portugal team. He is a symbol of Portuguese football, a symbol of the Seleção, and a symbol of Portugal. He will remain in history forever,” said Jorge Jesus, appointed to succeed Roberto Martinez after Portugal was eliminated in the World Cup round of 16.
