Agents of the National Police of Haiti arrested Osnel Antoine on Monday, April 27, 2026, at Puits Blain 24 (Delmas 75), near the Court of Appeal of Port-au-Prince, in execution of a summons warrant issued by investigating judge Félisme Benjamin. Wanted for forgery and use of forgery, fraud and criminal association, he will be promptly presented before the magistrate for judicial proceedings, the PNH reports.
