FOR THESE REASONS, the Court, after deliberating in accordance with the law, declares itself competent to hear this case, Upholds the default granted at the hearing on Tuesday, December 9, 2025; States that the petitioners’ possession was disturbed; Upholds the petitioners in possession of their land; Grants provisional execution on the minutes of this Judgment; Orders the cited party to pay twenty-five thousand (25,000) gourdes as damages; Further condemns them to cover the costs and expenses of the proceedings; Appoints Bailiff Hernest HERARD to serve this Judgment.- Thus judged and pronounced by us, Paul TARTE, Justice of the Peace of Les Cayes at the hearing on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in a public, civil, ordinary session and in our civil capacities, with the assistance of citizen Olnest MONTINA, Ordinary Clerk of the court.- Me Péguy JOSEPH, av
