FOR THESE REASONS, The Court, after examination, the Public Prosecutor heard, upholds the default granted against the defendant at the aforementioned Hearing, and declares that said action is well-founded to the benefit of the plaintiff. THEREFORE ADMITS the divorce of Mr. JEAN WILLY LAZARRE from his Wife born SHERLINE AZOR for serious and public insults. PRONOUNCES the dissolution of the marital bonds existing between said Spouses; ORDERS the Civil Status Officer of the East Section of Port-au-Prince to record in the registers intended for this purpose the provisions of the present judgment, a copy of which shall be published in one of the newspapers issued in the capital, under penalty of damages to third parties if applicable. Appoints the bailiff EMMANUEL JEAN of this seat for the service of this judgment; Allocates the costs.
