Set amid the lush surroundings of Jardins Tippen, the event drew a diverse audience to a vibrant celebration of Haitian heritage. Designed as a space for promotion and transmission, the fair highlighted the richness of local know-how through a dense program featuring gastronomy, crafts, exhibitions, and masterclasses. Among the exhibitors, Andrea Cooks stood out with a range of products derived from natural fruits, illustrating a modern approach to food processing.
