After a launch marked by a cocktail on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at Jardins Tippen in Laboule 13 — where Le Nouvelliste and four other century-old companies were honored for their longevity — the Franco-Haitian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in partnership with the Guardians of Knowledge and Traditions, continued its momentum with the Culture and Traditions Fair on Friday, May 1. Set in the green surroundings of Jardins Tippen, the event brought together a diverse audience around a lively celebration of Haitian heritage. Designed as a space for promotion and transmission, the fair highlighted the richness of local know-how through a dense program combining gastronomy, crafts, exhibitions, and masterclasses. Among the exhibitors, Andrea Cooks stood out with a range of products made from natural fruits, illustrating a modern approach to food processing. Meanwhile, Rebo, with its creations centered on coffee,focused on the aroma and identity of an iconic local product.
