Provision of the default divorce judgment rendered by the Court of First Instance of Gonaïves between the spouses Wandol Julmisse, wife born Erose OSCAR, at her request: For these Reasons: The Court, after deliberating according to the law and on the conclusions of the Public Prosecutor, upholds the default for failure to appear requested and granted at the hearing of Wednesday, March 11, 2026, against Mr. Wandol JULMISSE while accepting the action of Mrs. Erose OSCAR as rightful; pronounces the dissolution of the marital bonds existing between the said spouses due to serious and public insults under the terms of Article 217 of the Civil Code; states that the divorce is pronounced at the fault of the defendant spouse; refers the parties to the Civil Status Officer of the South section of Gonaïves for the legal follow-up; awards costs in accordance with the provisions of Article 272 of the Code of Civil Procedure.; and, finally, as executed by the bailiff Michel Georges of the Court of First Instance of Gonaïves for the service of this judgment.
