Welcomed by local authorities and residents, he aims to reaffirm the authority of the state and strengthen government presence in the area, according to a statement from the Prime Minister’s office. On the agenda: inaugurations of schools in Aquin, Camp-Perrin, and Petit-Goâve, as well as a meeting in Les Cayes with people from the education sector.
