The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) released the final list of approved political groups this Thursday, in accordance with Article 129 of the June 2, 2026 electoral decree.
The Provisional Electoral Council (PEC) released the final list of approved political groupings this Thursday, in accordance with Article 129 of the electoral decree of June 2, 2026. In total, 17 groupings bringing together 228 political parties received approval for the upcoming elections. The list is available on the PEC’s official website as well as on its Facebook and X accounts. The PEC reminds everyone that the registration period for political groupings will end on Friday, August 14 at noon, and reiterates its commitment to conducting the electoral process in an inclusive, impartial, and transparent manner.
