FOR THESE REASONS: The Court, after examination and based on the conclusions of the Public Prosecutor, declares that the action brought by Ms. Nadine JANVIER against her husband is admissible; Rules a default for failure to appear against the defaulting husband; Grants the divorce of Ms. Jean Eddy BIEN-AIME, born Nadine JANVIER, from her husband Jean Eddy BIEN-AIME, and this, at the fault of the husband; Pronounces the dissolution of the marital bond that existed between them due to the husband’s fault for serious and public insults; Orders one of the Civil Status officers of Cap-Haitien to record in the registers intended for this purpose the operative part of this judgment, an extract of which will be published in a national newspaper, under penalty of damages so that third parties are informed; Appoints Estilien FLOREAL for the service of the judgment and offsets the costs due to the status of the parties; Judgment rendered in accordance with Article 217 of the Haitian Civil Code.It is right, what will be executed.
