Former Delmas/Tabarre MP, Arnel Bélizaire, was released this Thursday on the orders of investigating magistrate Loubens Élysée, following his questioning. The ex-parliamentarian was arrested last March on charges of financing terrorism and plotting against the state’s internal security.
