The discussions are about prevention and resilience strategies to tackle the effects of climate change, especially for Haiti, identified as one of the most vulnerable countries. On the sidelines of the event, the Citizen Protector will hold bilateral meetings to strengthen regional cooperation and promote a civic education program on the environment, the statement says.
