The victims have been identified as Jean Philippe Alix, Ronald, Petit-Phar Exechiel, and Judner Jean Marie. ANNIH demands their immediate release and expresses solidarity with their families. The association is calling on society to unite against this scourge that threatens human dignity and public safety.
