“Ukraine is not losing this war. Over the past 10 months, we have been in the most stable situation,” he declared in an audio message to the media. The front line is “dynamic,” but the balance of territory occupied and liberated since the beginning of the year “is in Ukraine’s favor,” he affirmed.
