The Office of the Secretary of State for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (BSEIPH) and the Office of Work Accident, Sickness, and Maternity Insurance (OFATMA) held a working session this Wednesday dedicated to strengthening their collaboration.

The Office of the Secretary of State for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (BSEIPH) and the Office of Work, Sickness, and Maternity Accident Insurance (OFATMA) held a working session this Wednesday dedicated to strengthening their collaboration. The discussions focused on access to insurance coverage, the development of a memorandum of understanding, and the integration of persons with disabilities into the social protection system. The two institutions also discussed the need for advocacy to better account for persons with disabilities in insurance services and benefits related to different categories of disability. This meeting reflects a shared desire to promote inclusion and social protection in Haiti.
