‘We certainly cannot call it a coincidence that one of the most massive and longest Russian attacks against Ukraine takes place precisely at the moment when the President of the United States arrived on a visit to China – a visit that is much anticipated,’ he said, once again calling on his allies to ‘exert real pressure’ on Moscow to bring these attacks to an end.
