UNIFA is organizing its science fair from May 18 to 23, 2026, with conferences, projects, and scholarships, focusing on major social, economic, and scientific issues.
The Dr. Aristide Foundation University (UNIFA) kicks off, this Monday, May 18, its scientific week. For several days, students, professionals, and guests will gather for conferences, project presentations, and various activities, in a space for exchange and reflection on current topics.
The week begins with a conference led by Maître Martine Chevalier on the theme “Law as a tool of slavery.” This first day will also feature a raffle during which scholarships will be awarded. On Tuesday, May 19, Mr. Richard Coles will speak on “Haiti: 2055.”Activities will continue on Wednesday with Dr. Harry Beauvais, who will address the topic, “Infertility and In Vitro Fertilization in Haiti: Breaking the Silence, Opening Hope, Building the Future.” As for Thursday, it will be devoted to the economy with a lecture by Kesner Pharel on “Digital Economy in Haiti: Engine of Development – Future Professions and Jobs.” On Saturday, Professor James Valentin will present a reflection on “Colonialism, Coloniality, and the Haitian Political Problem,” followed by an anatomy contest.
