Capable of playing in several attacking positions, Yassin Fortuné is one of the Haitian internationals who guided the national team to the 2026 World Cup. An excellent player.
Born on January 30, 1999, Yassin Fortuné was born in Aubervilliers, France, to a Haitian father and an Algerian mother. He currently plays as an attacking midfielder for FC Vizela, a Portuguese second division club. There, he is reunited with his compatriot Leverton Pierre.
Having trained at Red Star, RC Lens, and finally Arsenal, Yassin Fortuné made his professional debut with FC Sion, where he signed in 2018. On September 16, 2018, he made his professional debut in the Swiss Cup against Lausanne-Sport (a 1-0 victory).On September 22, 2018, Yassin made his Super League debut in an away match against FC Thun (a 4-1 defeat). Eight days later, he scored his first league goal against FC Lucerne (a 3-1 victory). On January 31, 2021, he was loaned to SCO Angers for six months.
