A ceremony commemorating the 5th anniversary of the assassination of former President Jovenel Moïse was held at the Villa d’Accueil in Port-au-Prince on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Members of the government, senior officials from the Presidency, the Council of Ministers, the Haitian National Police (PNH), and the Haitian Armed Forces (FAd’H) attended the event. On the occasion, a requiem mass was celebrated by Reverend Father Jean Robert Louis.
