According to the Haitian National Police (PNH), this arrest follows an operation carried out in Pèlerin 5, in Pétion-Ville, which led to the dismantling of a gang hub specialized in kidnappings and burglaries in the metropolitan area of Port-au-Prince. The PNH notes that the officer is being held in custody at the DCPJ and that the investigation is ongoing to apprehend all individuals involved in this case.
