The government launched over the past weekend the “Return to Neighborhoods – Solino” project, aimed at helping displaced families move back. According to the Prime Minister’s office, the program is based on four priorities: security, reconstruction, economic recovery, and protecting property rights. A neighborhood committee will support the implementation, with help from several national and international institutions.
