State exams: the MENFP strengthens the security measures

The Minister of National Education and Vocational Training, Vijonet Déméro, met on June 25 with the heads of law enforcement and the justice system in the metropolitan area of Port-au-Prince and the West department to talk about the security of state exams.

The Minister of National Education and Vocational Training, Vijonet Déméro, met on June 25 with the heads of law enforcement and judicial authorities in the metropolitan area of Port-au-Prince and the West Department to discuss the security of state exams. The ten departmental directors of Education were also instructed to coordinate their actions with the police, military, and judicial authorities in their respective departments, the MENFP reported. Additionally, a medical support system, provided by UMPS-SUMMOC, will be deployed to assist candidates if needed, he added. The first session of the official exams will start on Monday, June 29, 2026, for 9th grade students, Family Education Centers, and ENIJE.
