She emphasized the challenges related to debt and climate impacts, advocating for increased mobilization of private capital, a fair multilateral trading system, and a thorough reform of the international financial architecture. Ms. Paulemon called for the integration of the multidimensional vulnerability index in resource allocation, the strengthening of financial safety nets, and increased participation of small island states in global decision-making.
