The Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) launched the “National Mental Health Strategy in Schools” on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, in partnership with the Ministries of Social Affairs, Justice, and Public Health. This initiative brings together educators, psychologists, and the Haitian National Police (PNH) – EDUPOL, BPM – to protect students, prevent vulnerabilities, and handle emergencies, according to a PNH statement.
