During this event, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces of Haiti (FAd’H), and the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences (FDSE). According to the government, this agreement aims to promote the modernization of the army and to strengthen the training of its members.
