The holder of the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Communications (MTPTC), engineer Joseph Almathe Pierre Louis, met on Wednesday, May 13 with Dabagai Dabagai, representative of UNOPS in Haiti. This working session focused on the optimization of key projects, with particular attention given to the North and West departments. It aims to strengthen cooperation between the UN agency and the Haitian government.
