The Wings & Things gastronomic festival will take place from May 15 to 24, 2026 in Port-au-Prince with the participation of several restaurants from the capital around a concept centered on chicken wings and creative cuisine.
For ten days, the participating establishments will offer different recipes inspired by local and international flavors.
According to information provided by the organizers, this edition also includes activities and a contest aimed at rewarding the restaurants most appreciated by the public and the jury.
This year, the event is supported by Cola Couronne, presented as the main partner of the festival.
The organizers indicate that they want to highlight the culinary creativity of Haitian restaurateurs while promoting local consumption.
