The Pakistani Prime Minister announced that the United States and Iran have reached a “peace agreement” that immediately ends all military operations in the Middle East, including in Lebanon, with a signing ceremony scheduled to take place in Geneva on June 19.

Now that the deal is done, mediators will facilitate a series of meetings this week. These discussions prior to the implementation (of the agreement) will lay the groundwork for technical talks and the official signing ceremony,” Shehbaz Sharif, a key mediator in the months-long Middle East war, wrote on platform X early Monday.
