The National Police of Haiti (PNH) officially handed over the renovation work and restarted activities of the Unit for Combating Sexual Crimes (ULCS), a part of the Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DCPJ) located in Tabarre, on Thursday, June 25, 2026.

On Thursday, June 25, 2026, the National Police of Haiti (PNH) officially handed over the renovation work and relaunched the activities of the Unit for the Fight Against Sexual Crimes (ULCS), a branch of the Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DCPJ) located in Tabarre. Supported by international partners, this initiative aims to strengthen the fight against sexual violence in Haiti while improving the reception, support, and care of victims, according to the PNH.
