The head of the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE), Sandra Paulemon, and the Executive Secretary of the Interministerial Committee for Territorial Planning (CIAT) held a meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Held at the MPCE office, this meeting focused on setting up a permanent collaboration framework to harmonize public policies, speed up key projects, and better support local governments. The discussions also covered CIAT’s priorities and ongoing projects, the progress of the National Territorial Planning Scheme (SNAT), the National Master Plan for Territorial Planning, as well as the master plans for several major cities in the country.
