Foreign Minister and Minister of Worship, Raina Forbin, spoke by phone this Thursday with the new British Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Overseas Territories and the Caribbean, Uma Kumaran. During the conversation, they discussed the main areas of cooperation between Haiti and the UK. The Haitian chancellor also took the opportunity to congratulate Ms. Kumaran on her recent appointment. The two diplomats also reaffirmed their commitment to continuing a close dialogue to strengthen the friendly and cooperative ties between the two countries.
