On an official visit to the South, Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé met this Thursday with Cardinal Chibly Langlois, bishop of Les Cayes. The meeting focused on the role of the Catholic Church and other religious denominations in social life and in seeking sustainable solutions to the country’s challenges. The head of government also took the opportunity to call for unity and collective commitment to build a future based on hope, trust, and dignity, the Prime Minister’s office said.
