This strategic road ensures the connection between several municipalities in the Sud department, including Les Cayes, Torbeck, Chantal, Arniquet, Saint-Jean-du-Sud, Port-Salut, Coteaux, Chardonnières, Roche-à-Bateau, Port-à-Piment, Les Anglais, and Les Irois.
