The holder of the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE), Dr. Sandra Paulémon, held, on Thursday, May 28, 2026, a working session with a French delegation led by the Ambassador of France to Haiti, Antoine Michon, within the framework of various development projects.

The holder of the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE), Dr. Sandra Paulémon, held, on Thursday, May 28, 2026, a working session with a French delegation led by the French Ambassador to Haiti, Antoine Michon, within the framework of various development projects. The minister emphasized the importance of involving the MPCE more upstream in initiatives, in order to ensure better coordination and rigorous monitoring of interventions. For his part, Ambassador Michon reaffirmed France’s willingness to support the Haitian authorities in efforts aimed at promoting the organization of the upcoming elections.
