The Ministère de la Planning et de la Coopération externe (MPCE) and the Center de techniques de planning et d’économie eppliquée (CTPEA) are finalizing the preparations for the launch of a training program intended for the Education and Programming Units (UEP) of the public administration.

The Ministère de la Planning et de la Coopération externe (MPCE) and the Center de techniques de planning et d’économie eppliquée (CTPEA) are finalizing the preparations for the launch of a training program intended for the Education and Programming Units (UEP) of the public administration. Scheduled for June 22, 2026, this four-week program will train 120 cadres from ministries and public institutions through four successive cohorts. Focused on strategic planning, the management of public investments, the project cycle and the evaluation of public policies, this initiative aims to strengthen the technical capacities of the administration and to improve the performance of public policies in Haiti, according to the MPCE.
