The meeting took place on the sidelines of the High-Level Segment of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). Minister Paulémon asked for Japan’s support in the field of technology and innovation, noting that Japan’s experience in technological transformation, resilience, and risk management is an international benchmark.
